Lung Cancer Mutations Panel Kit

Lung Cancer Mutations Panel Kit

(For Detection of EGFR and PIK3CA Mutations and ALK Fusion Gene)

The TRUPCR® Lung Cancer Mutations Panel Kit is an in vitro diagnostic test intended for the qualitative detection of EGFR mutations (exons 18–21), PIK3CA mutations (exons 7, 9, and 20), and ALK gene fusions from genomic DNA and RNA extracted from formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue samples, using Real-Time PCR.

Key Features:

    • CE-IVD
    • Comprehensive detection of clinically relevant EGFR, PIK3CA mutations and ALK fusions.
    • High sensitivity and specificity for mutation and fusion detection.
    • End-to-end solution with all reagents and controls included in the kit.
    • Compatible with widely used Real-Time PCR platforms:
    1. Applied Biosystems™ 7500 series, QuantStudio® series
    2. Rotor-Gene Q
    3. Bio-Rad CFX96, CFX384
    4. AriaMx Real-Time PCR
    5. Roche LightCycler® 480-II
    • Easy-to-use, rapid, reliable, and cost-effective.

Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer-related mortality worldwide. Identifying mutations in EGFR and PIK3CA genes and fusions in the ALK gene has significant diagnostic, prognostic, and therapeutic implications, helping guide targeted therapies such as EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitors and ALK inhibitors.
