The Food Nuts sIgE FIA Test is a fluorescence immunoassay that is used with the FIAflex™ Fluorescent Immunoassay Analyzer for the qualitative detection of allergen-specific IgE antibodies against wheat/buckwheat, peanut/soybean and nut mix (cashew/pistachio/hazelnut/almond/walnut) in human serum or plasma specimens. It is used for assistant diagnosis of type I hypersensitivity reactions and related symptoms mediated by allergen-specific IgE antibodies.
