The TRUPCR® BCR-ABL1 (EAC-DEL) Kit is a Real-Time PCR–based quantitative assay designed for the precise detection and quantification of Major BCR-ABL1 fusion transcripts (b2a2/b3a2) in bone marrow or peripheral blood samples. This kit is specifically intended for patients who carry a deletion in the Europe Against Cancer (EAC)–proposed forward primer (ENF501) annealing site, a known limitation for certain standard BCR-ABL1 assays.
The assay enables accurate molecular monitoring of Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML) patients with EAC deletions, supporting diagnosis and disease monitoring through reliable quantification of BCR-ABL1 transcript levels.
