COP 30 Cooling Plate
The COP 30 is a simple yet powerful cooling plate. It is ideal for cooling paraffin blocks in embedding molds right after dispensing, in order to prepare them for sectioning with the microtome, and makes a great addition to the workplace.
Within ca. 30 minutes, the working temperature of -15 °C can be reached. The large polished stainless steel surface offers space for up to 100 standard paraffin blocks. Without any limitations to the left, right and front, the blocks can easiliy be placed and sorted. A circumferential heating tape prevents the edge area from icing up.
The COP 30 is controlled via an intuitive membrane keyboard to set the desired temperature. During the operation, the current temperature is shown in a digital display above the cooling surface. The flat housing top offers additional space for small tools and accessories used in the process.
Deep cooling Unit DKF 22
The deep cooling unit TKF 22 is used in the histological laboratory for rapid freezing of paraffin blocks. Up to 180 paraffin blocks fit into the seamless, deep-drawn cooling tray that is made of easy to clean stainless steel. The powerful cooling unit ensures a maximum cooling temperature of -35 °C (depending on the ambient temperature) that is achieved in ca. 10 minutes.
The TKF 22 has a precise electronic temperature control with high constancy. Temperatures can be set and adjusted on the control panel with the easy-to-use membrane keyboard. It includes a digital display and is positioned right above the cooling tray, making it easy to access and read at any time.
