The Tree Pollens sIgE FIA Test is a fluorescence immunoassay that is used with the FIAflex™ Fluorescent Immunoassay Analyzer for the qualitative detection of allergen-specific IgE antibodies against tree pollens mix (willow/elm/oak/plane tree/poplar), birch and J.formosana in human serum or plasma specimens. It is used for assistant diagnosis of type I hypersensitivity reactions and related symptoms mediated by allergen-specific IgE antibodies.
